NATO advisers arrive in the Donbass to disrupt the elections, said in the DNI

NATO advisers and curators of foreign private military companies arrive in the Donbass to plan terrorist attacks and provocations near the contact line, the purpose of which is to thwart the election of the head and parliament of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, said the head of the press service of the People’s Police Department of the DPR, Daniel Bezsonov.
Earlier, the press center of the operation of the combined forces of Ukraine reported that on October 31 and November 1 in the Kiev-controlled Kramatorsk, measures would be taken to counter terrorist and sabotage threats. In this regard, the Ukrainian command called on the residents of the city "not to leave their homes unnecessarily."

"From October 31 to November 1, NATO advisers and curators of foreign PMC units arrive in Kramatorsk for planning, together with representatives of the Ukrainian special services, of a series of high-profile terrorist acts and provocations on the contact line of troops to disrupt the elections of the heads of the DPR and the LPR," Bezsonov said, referring to the data intelligence.
According to him, the Ukrainian command imposes restrictions on the movement of residents in the city in order to hide the movement of foreign curators.
Elections of the heads and deputies of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics are planned to be held on November 11. Kiev has already announced that it does not recognize the elections.
NATO said they do not want a new arms race
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg did not directly answer the question whether the INF Treaty would be on the agenda of the meeting of the Russia-NATO Council on Wednesday, repeating the previously stated position that the alliance expects answers from the Russian Federation and does not want a new arms race.

Earlier, US President Donald Trump said that the United States no longer intends to comply with the Treaty on Medium and Shorter-Range Missiles, since Moscow, according to the American side, is “violating” it and will come out of it. The possibility of developments in this scenario caused concern in Europe.
"We convene the NRC on Wednesday, I welcome it, because it’s important that the RF and NATO meet. The dialogue is especially important when the relations between the parties are complex. There is no contradiction to keep the dialogue and stay strong. We don’t want a new cold war, race weapons, "he told reporters in Norway at a press conference on Tuesday.
He also noted the importance of dialogue to prevent incidents and increase predictability.

"I will not go into details of the agenda of the NRC meeting, we will inform after it. But if we talk about the INF Treaty, the problem lies in the new Russian rocket. There are no new American missiles in Europe," he said, answering the question Whether this issue is discussed and whether there is a chance, according to the NRC, to “save” the INF Treaty
"All allies have previously expressed concern. The treaty can be effective if it is respected by all parties. We urge the Russian Federation to confirm that they are in full and transparent manner complying with the INF Treaty, because we do not want a new arms race," he said.
Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said earlier that Moscow wants a more detailed explanation from the United States, and added that breaking the provisions of the INF Treaty would force Russia to take measures to ensure its security. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that any action in this area will meet with opposition.

In recent years, Moscow and Washington have regularly accused each other of violating the INF Treaty. Russia has repeatedly stated that it strictly complies with its obligations under the contract. Lavrov noted that Moscow has very serious questions to the United States about the implementation of the treaty by the Americans themselves. In particular, in Moscow they indicate that the United States is stationed on land — at a military base in Romania, and also in Poland — installations capable of launching Tomahawk-type cruise missiles, which is prohibited by the agreement. The Russian side also draws attention to the fact that the US is developing attack drone vehicles, funding research on the creation of a ground-based cruise missile.
