Poroshenko ordered troops to shoot in the Donbass from any available weapon

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko ordered the leaders of the Combined Forces Operation (EP) in the Donbass to use all available forces and means as a return fire in the Donbass. He also demanded to do everything to save the life of the Ukrainian military.
At a meeting with the commanders of the brigades of the Armed Forces, the National Guard and the state border service, Poroshenko declared the need to be ready "both for defense and for an effective counterattack." “I authorize and order to use all the forces and means at your disposal as a fire in response to save the lives of our people,” the RBC quotes Ukrainian President. Poroshenko also called the achievement of victory at the cost of large losses "Soviet" method of warfare.
Earlier, Poroshenko submitted a bill to the Verkhovna Rada to extend the special status of Donbass until December 31, 2019, the National News Service reported. According to the Ukrainian political analyst Mikhail Pogrebinsky, this decision was predictable and will not change anything, and is also the key to anti-Russian sanctions.
